Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
We use standard domestic carriers such as USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and package size.
International shipping availability varies by location. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Warranty
New, unused items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund.
Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us prior to sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.
Unless otherwise requested, approved refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds are typically processed within 14–21 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
G Force Racing products are engineered for competitive use. Warranty coverage varies by product category and is outlined below.
Performance Systems Warranty
(InertiaCore™, MotorPrep™, MagCool™)
G Force Racing performance systems are covered by a limited one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects under normal, intended use.
Covered:
• Manufacturing defects
• Internal component failure under normal operation
• Functional issues not caused by misuse
Not Covered:
• Damage from misuse, modification, or improper power supply
• Physical damage, impact, or liquid exposure
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Cosmetic wear
If a defect is confirmed, G Force Racing will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
Structural Racing Components Warranty
(Lightweight Chassis Pans, NoseLimiter™, and similar load-bearing racing parts)
Structural racing components are covered by a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects only.
These parts are intended for competitive racing environments and are subject to high stress and impact.
Covered:
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Not Covered:
• Crash damage
• Excessive load
• Improper installation
• Normal wear and racing-related damage
Due to the nature of competitive racing, structural components are not guaranteed against failure under impact or extreme conditions.
Tools & Accessories Warranty
(4.5mm Axle Nut Wrench Kit, TrackSide™, and similar non-structural items)
Tools and accessories are covered by a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage resulting from improper use.

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video documentation (if applicable)
Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the product at G Force Racing’s discretion. G Force Racing is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Recommended Storage Guidelines
• Store products in a cool, dry environment
• Avoid extended exposure to temperatures above 120°F (49°C)
• Do not leave electronic products in enclosed vehicles during hot weather
Damage caused by improper storage or extreme environmental exposure is not covered under warranty.
